We actually wanted to eat at Zuavo’s since we’ve heard great things about them, but unfortunately they were just closing for their afternoon break. So were the all the other restaurants around and one of those owners told us San Sebastian was open during the ‘siesta’ period. We expected nothing much from it but we were pleasantly surprised! We had lunch on the terrace and our waiter turned out to be an amazing host. A waiter with old fashionable good service! He recomended a local dish for me (stuffed courgette flowers) and it was really delicious!
Had dinner drinks here this evening. Everyone was OUTSTANDING. What a great place. You need to make a reservation because if you do not there will not be a table available. Everything was perfect.
At one end of town is the caffé San Sebastian. The place is very nice and next to your drinks you get a collection of small aperitifs. Beer prices are higher but the nice aperitifs equal them.
