All dishes are cooked with care and with excellent raw material, a real explosion of taste in the mouth and nose, few courses available and lack of sweets ensure the trueness of the kitchen, also the service at the table is pleasant, assured by a solerte young boy. The bariolo is a fixed stage when I am in Cuneo.

Local desert, cold and dizzy. The boy proved kind, for charity, but for me to eat well is still another thing! The ravioli nothing special. Not bad the dough but with the filling you can do more. The manciuria ramen, an unsaturated brodaglia, scarf as the cutlery inside. Very few pieces of hard beef and filth. Half an egg and two spinach leaves. So much broth. That one! Not bad this plate of the photo I published with the review. Rice with shrimp. Known, but sinned for the rice that was a super glue so much was shaken. All right, we tried. Maybe it was a no day. But I doubt I'll come back!

While finding that in the last period several locals were opened that offer a good ramen, the latter however proposes a greater variety and the quality is undoubtedly very high.. for those looking for more instead the menu, although restricted, also offers vegan dishes, first and rice.. without forgetting the great choice of ravioli, both steamed and plated or pan.. my favorites were then the crystal ones, while the least good ones with the skulls.. no desserts, but of the latter in the oriental premises I have never felt the lack.. honest prices.. overlook the aesthetics of the room and trust the young chef without problems..
