What User doesn't like about Moe's Southwest Grill:
I love Moes, but this visit was disappointing. The highlight was the guy behind the counter who made the experience worth 3 stars. I have a milk allergy, so I carefully checked my order to ensure it was safe for me to eat. I ordered a basic Burrito Steak salad with white rice and guacamole, but was shocked when I was charged extra for it. My friend's burrito had more ingredients but was not charged extra. I also had... The customer service is top-notch and the food is delicious! Justin, the manager, is exceptional. When there was an issue with my large order, Justin took the time to assist and make sure everything was prepared to my liking. It's rare to find this level of service, but Moe's always delivers!

Moe's is a great chain. Fresh ingredients, good prices, friendly service. Can't go wrong with Nachos!
Customer service at its finest, not to mention the food is so tasty! Justin, the Manager, is truly the best. There was an issue with placing my curbside order and Justin took time out of his busy day to help and ensured everything was prepared to my satisfaction. It is difficult to find this kind of service but Moe?s is always spot-on!
