the young lady working the first drive thru window has the most infectious personality. Her positivity put a smile on my face which was greatly needed. I regret not catching her name but I made sure to tell the manager how awesome she is when I pulled up to the 2nd window. The world needs more people like that young lady. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Every time I drive through the passage, our order is always grounded. Today I ordered two apple cakes to which they gave us an apple cake and a strawberry and cream cake. In addition, the cakes were EXPIRED! We came in at 4:00, while the stickers pointed out to the cake that the cakes had expired three hours ago. They also lacked the commandments I ordered for my fries. Will try to avoid McDonald's if I can. View all feedback.
The burgers, fries, and chicken nuggets at this restaurant are delicious. I recommend dining in or using the app to place your order. It's McDonald's, so you can't go wrong. I have never had any issues with my orders, everything is always correct. If you're looking to satisfy hungry kids, this is the place to go. Unfortunately, good places like this are hard to come by these days.
This McDonald's location is well over average! First of all, the food is actually really good! Freshly made, cheese is a little bit melted, vegetables crunchy! Staff is wonderful, very patient with the too many customizations we always ask for our order,and the manager keeps the team in a healthy mood at all time so everyone is super friendly and glad to be at work anytime wecome here! Location is impeccably clean, and they even bring the food out to your table for the extra touch! We love come here!Very very recommended
This is the worst drive thru I have ever been to. I actually ordered curb side and no one came for ljke 20 minutes. I then had to go thru the drive thru to get my order and that took another 20 minutes. Never coming to this McDonalds ever again?recommendyou don?t either. Small update. They did actually apologize and fixed an issue in my order so added an extra star for that.
I have been frequenting this particular restaurant location for nearly two years, usually ordering the same item which costs $6.60 each day. However, today I had a terrible tasting coffee and decided to drive back through the drive-thru to address the issue. The staff informed me that the coffee would taste the same, which made me speculate if McDonald's had changed their signature blend to a lower quality one. The manager, who claimed to be the manager, did not seem to know the taste of my coffee and I am unsure if she even tasted it before serving. I am disappointed in the lack of concern for customer satisfaction and have decided to reach out to the district manager. It is a shame that McDonald's has lost my business of $200 per month over a simple coffee swap.
I have repeatedly given this restaurant a chance, thinking they may be understaffed, have new employees, or simply be very busy when I visit. However, every time I go through the drive-thru, I consistently have to wait 6 to 12 minutes and my fries are always cold. The food also seems to have been sitting under the heat lamps for hours. On my most recent visit, I tried the new chicken sandwich and found it to be cold and tough, not to mention the combo meal was overpriced at $8.46. It was a waste of both money and time. I have decided that this visit will be my last to this particular McDonald's location. Perhaps they should consider hiring a new manager, especially during the peak hours of 3:00 to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, which is when I typically visit.
