Mcdonald's - Cumming

Every time I go there, a piece of me always hopes the service and food will be better. I?ve been to this McDonald?s at least 20 times and nothing has changed. Rude employees, wrong orders, cold food and a manager who doesn?t care. How is this place still in business???? Next time I?d like a little chicken with my sauce.

I really don't know why I bother. Food is always luke warm. Fries always have salt even when I ask for none [high blood pressure], order is never correct; this corner seems to be bad for fast food places, they all have the same problems. I would recommend to keep driving to the next location in either direction to save yourself some aggravation.

I?m not a fan of fast food but I like this restaurant because it was clean and a staff was washing and cleaning around all the time. Food was good. I angry with some customers reviews that workers a little bit slow.

Extremely slow drive thru during certain parts of the day. Could be understaffing issues The food is fine

The manager (young white guy) was working the drive thru and did a wonderful job especially when it looked like they were short staffed (I think there was only one other employee and it was a hispanic worker) and having a rough night. he was calm and very nice. we were getting our doordash order and he took the time to make sure everything was in the bag for the dd customer and I hope he gets the recognition for being awesome and keeping it together tonight. I didn't get his name but thank you so much dude!
