Mcdonald's - Cumming

This location used to have great customer service when going through the drive through but in the past 6 months they started hiring folks from the ghetto with little to no customer service, who have bad attitudes and who don 't know the difference anddefinition of a stirring straw and a regular straw.

Oh this particular McDonald's took care of me. When you have manners and a solid speaking voice not to mention a lovely smile you get food as it's intended to be distributed. Hot and ready to be consumed. Everyone there was fantastic. Remember to treatyour food people with respect. They power this economy and deserve so much more.

I used to eat here every night after work until I was in drive-through waiting the lady told me to please wait then proceeded to take someone else?s order in the other lane who pulled up 45 seconds after she told me to wait. . When I said something theytold me to wait even more and never took my order. Bad service guys. Lost a customer that used your app every day.

This location is above average with respect to its clean interior. Service is sometimes hit or miss. Today I ordered nuggets to delivered to the table. But for some reason they put them on the counter and didn't even call out to indicate an order wasready. ????

The guy who gave me my food was unbelievably rude. He made fun of the way I pronounced words and rolled his eyes at me. I will never be returning to this location again.
