Carrabba's Italian Grill Cumming

I made one of the best choices by celebrating my mom's birthday here. The food is delicious, especially the chicken soup. The service is excellent, and the Italian version of "Happy Birthday" is absolutely beautiful. We truly enjoyed our time and the meal.

I always have a fantastic experience at Carrabba's. On this visit, Josh and I ventured a bit closer, but we still received excellent service and food prepared fresh to order. This restaurant will always be my go-to for Chicken Parmesan, which is a great healthier option.

I visited for the first time, and the waitress was very attentive. The food was excellent, and the menu options offered great value.

Didn?t receive marinara sauce for my classic combo at all, ended up getting a different sauce? No one wants their fried appetizers to be ate by itself so I looked around my house and luckily found a container of marinara sauce from arbys. Calamari was so thin and just crunchy, but not in a good way, the calamari itself was tasteless. I?ve had so much better calamari, I knew I should?ve just ordered from a Japanese restaurant for calamari instead. The mozzarella sticks tasted flat, it was only good when I heated it up but even the outside made me feel like I had a heart attack. Arby?s moz sticks are so much better and that says a lot because I don?t do fast food, like twice a year maybe. For how high the prices were? I thought the quality would be good and thought I?d give it a chance. My mom brought home dinner a few hours later and I couldn?t eat because I felt so sick from the food I had here. I couldn?t hold it in and just was in the bathroom and threw it up.. I never do that with many food especially since Italian food is my second favorite type of food. I?m so disappointed. I wish I could get a refund but because it?s Uber eats, even Uber eats doesn?t care. The only great thing was their bread and I?m sure they don?t even make their own bread.

Extremely disappointed with my overall experience! We came here a couple of weeks ago, (me and my boyfriend). Everywhere else nearby was crowded, and we love Italian food, so we though we would give this restaurant a try. First of all, their digital menus did NOT work! We both tried on our phones and could not get any QR code to scan. We had to wait nearly 10 minutes just for small paper menus that I had to squint just to read!! Thankfully we weren 't challenged by our eye sight, but I can only imagine the stress for those who are! Also, how TACKY!!! Not only that, but when we DID get menus, the pricing was sky high! That automatically made me think, ok, then this BETTER be a high class restaurant with phenomenal food and service! $20 for pasta for one person is ridiculous! Our server was mediocre. But the food! Dear Lord, it was horrible!! ?? We waited about an hour for our food in total after we ordered. The soup of the day came about 15 minutes after we ordered, then we waited nearly 45 minutes for our entrees. We were not happy by the end of our meal. We had been there an hour an a half or more, JUST for our meals! The food was below mediocre. I 've paid way less for high quality Italian at mom pop places! $40+ for an unacceptable quality. The service barely earned you one star in this review! 1/10. I do not recommend! Literally anywhere else is better than this place!! I won 't be coming back to this location for a long time, if ever! Also, while I don 't make money from reviewing restaurants, I do regularly make reviews, so this isn 't my first! I would love to see another critic who is more serious and (with way more clout) make an assessment. I would hope you would not treat them as badly as you did me!
