Cağ kebab is not tasty at all. The inside of the meat is full of nerves and the nerve parts that make the meat feel like rubber while eating it. The fat content of meat is unbalanced. Additionally, when you place the casserole on the plate, the meat juice flows from the inner surface of the meat into the plate. As someone who has eaten a lot of cağ kebab, I did not like it at all. Cağ kebab is not something anyone can cook. If you can't do it, don't do it. The meat should be soft and without nerves, and the marinade should be good.
