We had the War wonton soup and it was delicious. The seven are full of taste. Our server is excellent. She was friendly and looked after us both perfectly and the other customers. The atmosphere was relaxed and the restaurant and the bathrooms were nice... and clean. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about New Creek Cafe Chinese Restaurant:
This restaurant offers a western take on Chinese cuisine, with everything we ordered turning out to be delicious. Our order arrived quickly and the dishes were fresh. The server was kind and welcoming. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a mix of Asian and Western styles, and the bathroom was clean. The prices were fair as well. View all feedback.
We went for the Saturday afternoon buffet and it was relatively small but fabulous tastewise. The egg rolls were spectacular in that they were the largest I've ever seen, and the wrapping was very light on the palate with no discernable oiliness. Best ones I've ever tasted! All items were really tasty and no MSG in any item. The staff were superlative and looked after the customers, always ready with beverage refills and asking about the quality of the food and how we were liking it.We're looking forward to coming back for more! The prices are a lot better than most other buffets and us seniors get a break as well.

There are many Chinese restaurants in British Columbia, as there are in many other countries, but this one is really exceptional. The owners and kitchen staff are from the Guangzhou/Kanton region and originally moved to Montego Bay, Jamaica. After spending some time adapting their cooking style for the locals and visitors, they decided to relocate to Cumberland. It has been about 5 years since their arrival, and their Jamaican Chinese food has been a hit among customers. The menu is perfect for both lunch and dinner, and the Saturday evening buffet offers a selection of 10-12 well-chosen dishes, including 4 different desserts, such as delicious Nanaimo bars. Seniors receive a discount, and the prices are very affordable compared to other Chinese restaurants. You will not be disappointed by visiting this restaurant above all others in Cumberland. I hope this review was helpful!
