On a warm spring evening, I couldn't resist trying some of their ice cream. I chose the mocha chip and chocolate chip flavors, which were absolutely delicious. Each bite was a perfect combination of rich flavors and creamy texture. I have to give credit to Keep not only for their amazing ice cream, but also for their dedication to creating a friendly atmosphere. It's clear that they take pride in offering a memorable experience to their guests. Whether you're a local or just passing through Cumberland, I highly recommend stopping by Keep for a delightful ice cream treat. Hats off to the Keep team for their exceptional service and tasty treats. I can't wait to return for more of their wonderful ice cream creations.

This restaurant is the real deal. My kids ordered strawberry ice cream, which I usually don't like, but ended up eating theirs because it was the best ice cream I've ever had.

This is a long overdue review for The Keep's ice cream! My first visit ever was during their last weekend of the 2022 season, and it's a national tragedy that I have to wait until they reopen for the 2023 season later in spring. The TLDR is that their homemade ice cream is amazing, they have a zillion toppings to choose from, and you can even combine scoops if your debating between flavors! The team behind the counter was so nice and patient with me when I told them it was my first visit. They let me sample a bunch of flavors--which normally makes it easier to decide...but in this case it didn't because they were all so good! I landed on combining two flavors: the Honey Bee and the Game of Cones. The Honey Bee is a honey ice cream with generous chunks of a crunchy house-made honeycomb that melts in your mouth and is unlike anything else I've ever tried. So much so that I still remember it months after the fact! The Game of Cones is a riff on Americone Dream with chocolate covered waffle cone pieces swirled throughout. I added chocolate chips on top because why not? Counting down the days until they reopen in the spring!!

The homemade ice cream at this restaurant is delicious. The pistachio flavor is authentic (not made with green tinted walnuts) and the Honey Bee flavor is phenomenal, made with real, locally sourced honey.
