Small, unassuming place with good, freshly made desserts. The owner was very accommodating I wanted a certain sandwich for my 3 year old that wasn't on the menu, and he graciously obliged! Looking forward to trying the ice cream next time : View all feedback.
What Karen P doesn't like about European Desserts And More:
Would give 3.5 if I could. Cute place with outdoor tables and friendly service. Got the chicken salad on croissant and it was delicious. Only issue was that for $11.49 expected a bit more chicken salad to cover the whole bread and be a little thicker. Got the tiramisu for dessert. Authentic European cafe. Excellent food. Everything made on site by the owner, except the ice cream. Fabulous desserts. Baclava, tiramisu, cannolis. Bosnian meat or spinach pie made with filo dough. Chicken salad or Cajun chicken sandwiches. We sat at cafe tables outside and had the meat pie, lemon tiramisu, espresso and Americano coffee brewed spot on. Family owned restaurant with great service.
Great place for a late morning breakfast. Nice coffee and dessert selection too. Within walking distance of Fairfield hotel.
So much more than just great deserts and coffee! We stopped here for lunch. It’s a great location right at the point the GAP trail hits the C&O canal towpath. The food is excellent and the service was great. We had a great chicken salad sandwich and excellent Italian sub. After we enjoyed a delicious latte!

It was good but not the traditional tiramisu I get at Italian restaurants. The top layer is whipped cream with chocolate sprinkles and did not have the strong espresso flavor and cocoa powder on top. Nice sized slice though.
