Arth Kitchen - Culver City

Food was pretty good loved the lobster tail curry and the chicken wings! But the service was incredibly slow and disappointing. We ordered very quickly, but each course (had 3) took forever to come out after we ordered, and then it felt like we kept getting forgotten about. It took 25 minutes to get our bill back AFTER we gave the server our card, only for him to hand us someone else’s bill and card to sign. Ended up spending well over 2.5 hours at dinner, and there was only two of us at the table. Food was good, but the poor service really ruined the experience for us. Will only go back if I know their staffing and service has improved.

Extensive menu with reasonable prices. The food quality was good. The main complaint was that the service was slow and the food was brought out in a way that didn't make sense. One of our main courses came out with appetizers and then there was a 45 minute wait until the rest of our meal came out of the kitchen. The total meal time was almost 2 hours because the service and kitchen were slow. But I would return because the food was good, the atmosphere was lively and the service staff was trying very hard.
