What Alan Hunter doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
Ordered on app using their ‘location’ service from my dominos app account which ive used in past. My address came up as usual but they delivered to house next door who werent home. Neighbor brought food over an hour after scheduled delivery. Called store and Manager refused to honor delivery guarantee or even a discount on future purchase. So im out 37 bucks for cold food. I placed an order through the Domino's app using their location service, as I've done many times before. My address was correctly displayed, but they ended up delivering my order to my neighbor's house while they were out. Over an hour after the scheduled delivery time, my neighbor brought the cold food over. I called the store, but the manager refused to honor the delivery guarantee or offer any discount for my next order. As a result, I'm out $37 for cold pizza. I reached out to customer service, but I doubt they will respond. I highly recommend avoiding this place for delivery. I'm finished with Domino's and will be opting for Little Caesars, Papa John's, or store-bought pizza from now on.
Manager will hang up phone on you for asking simple question do your self a favor and go eat little ceasers like he told me
Shawna was my delivery driver and by far I couldn’t be more satisfied with our interaction. She was polite and nice. Very respectful and overall kind. I don’t order delivery often because delivery customer service has gone down hill but she was wonderful! Thank you Shawna!
While this wouldn’t be such a big issue since Domino's isn't my favorite—just convenient—ordering with our card means we won’t get our money back right away. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience. I couldn’t even get the guy’s name. I strongly suggest you hire someone new to handle phone calls.
It's alright, but the tomato sauce is too red for my taste; I prefer the Italian gravy that I make!
