Desserts, particularly the Blizzards, fell short too, with poorly mixed treats that left diners dissatisfied. Service inconsistencies further compounded the issues, including long wait times and confusion over orders. Although staff were friendly and the establishment maintained a clean environment, these shortcomings overshadowed any positive aspects, leaving customers feeling frustrated and reluctant to return.
The ice cream is delicious, and the staff is friendly. This restaurant has maintained consistent quality over the years.
The burgers at this restaurant are not satisfying. They taste like mystery meat and the order was incorrect - we ordered regular cheeseburgers but received them with onion rings on top. The overall taste was not good and the prices are too high.
I have visited Blizzards multiple times this summer and each time, I have been disappointed with how poorly mixed their treats are. They always seem to have very little of the mix-ins, with mostly just plain vanilla ice cream. This evening, I decided to order a Reese's Blizzard with extra Reese's and M&M pieces in hopes of getting a decent amount of candy in my treat (and paid extra for both), but I was let down once again. The candy pieces were only mixed in the first inch of my large-sized Blizzard, leaving the rest filled with plain vanilla ice cream. I am very frustrated and fed up with this inconsistency. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a Blizzard.
Ok....out of gravy. Slower service, didn't ask if we wanted ice cream items a little later than food, so some melted a little. Staff were friendly, store seemed clean. The cake cooler had rust, so that could look better if cleaned up or something.
Service is super slow. We waited for a meal and two blizzards for 15min. In that time with nothing to do, we got to looking around and noticed the total disregard for cleanliness. Overflowing trash cans, uncleared greasy floors, and the kitchen areawas as untidy as it could get. I would expect a more well-kept establishment if I?m spending $22 on a meal and some cheap icecream. Definitely will not be going back there anytime soon.
