Description

At this campus eatery, customer service stands out, garnering praise for its friendliness and efficiency. However, reviews reveal significant inconsistencies in food quality, with experiences ranging from delicious dishes to serious complaints about hygiene and taste. While prices are generally reasonable, particularly for students, numerous patrons express disappointment over food being served at incorrect temperatures or items missing altogether. Despite occasional long lines and the stress of peak hours, some diners appreciate the variety and portion sizes. Overall, this restaurant remains a popular choice amidst mixed reviews, suggesting it may cater best to those willing to take a chance.

The service at this restaurant is fantastic, with great food and a wonderful management and staff. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and well taken care of. I especially appreciate the manager, Christianne. Overall, I give it a perfect 10 out of 10 rating and two thumbs up. I pre-ordered through the GET app for a fresh Supergreens dish, but was informed upon arrival that they were no longer available. The manager was unavailable for a refund due to being in a meeting. I recommend using a credit card for payment in case of any fraudulent orders.

Food is very much hit-or-miss, and definitely overpriced. Staff too can either be really nice, or completely uninterested and unhelpfup. Aramark, the owners of the place, can be partially blammed for this. There a definitely better places to go on campus.
