Taco Bell - Cullman

The people love or hate taco bell! to happiness for me, I love it! hands down, my favorite fast food place! this special taco bell is well managed with friendly staff and decent hours! will definitely be back to visit!

This is for the tb in athen, al on jefferson st. this tb is by far the best tb I have ever. the trip thru can be wrapped around the building and they will still get their food in less than 10 minutes. the staff here is always super beautiful (also at 1 o'clock) and eating is always great. I don't know what this tb is about, but they're rocking it every time. I usually visit one or two weekly in the evening. no other tb is as if they were anomaly or something. to go to any other tb is like a huge farewell. kudos to the personal!

The food was of good quality, the service was excellent, but the only issue was that our server was too quick to ask if everything was okay. While speed is important, it shouldn't come at the expense of efficiency. On a positive note, our server did check back in with us promptly. However, we were disappointed with the lack of sauces for our tacos, as my child and I enjoy spicy food. We only received four packs for six tacos each, and we were hoping for more. Despite this, it wasn't the worst dining experience I've had, as our order was accurate and the food itself was tasty.

This was the quickest Drive Thru service I've ever experienced! The meal was delicious and the service at the window was exceptional.

I recently visited this restaurant where I was unable to order what I wanted because they were out of certain items. The staff wearing headsets were quite rude. Even when I did receive my food, there were several mistakes with my order. Crispy tacos should not be included on the menu. I was informed that they are a high-end store, so they should have everything in stock or hire a new manager. The service has not improved since they moved locations. The Hwy 157 location, however, consistently provides good service and has everything you need. This reaffirms to me that there are issues with management and employee training at this particular restaurant.
