However, their onion rings remain the best on the menu.

The third item was wrong, and even after I pointed it out and they remade it, it was still incorrect. Additionally, I requested a Cherry Dr Pepper with syrup, but it wasn’t sweetened at all. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and felt like a waste of $30.00.

The app doesn't allow you to order some of the items that the store offers, and they've begun automatically adding a tip without informing customers. If you choose not to leave a tip, they round up the change on credit or debit card transactions to include a tip anyway. I think this practice is illegal; if I want to leave a tip, I should be able to do so at my discretion. I shouldn't have to deal with extra charges for tips that haven't been earned.

They have numerous listings on Indeed and other job websites, and while they will bring you in for an interview, they later send a text saying that there are no available positions. This is quite frustrating, so be cautious when dealing with this establishment. This review specifically pertains to the location in Cullman.
