We left. Yes, they were busy, but they could at least let us know that they would be with as soon as possible.

I asked why mobile ordering was off an... read more They turned off their mobile ordering and have half of their stalls closed but it still take 30 minutes to get your food. I asked why mobile ordering was off and the stalls were mostly closed and was informed that they were short staffed, however, they had at least 6 employees which is pretty standard for sonic. I suppose let's give it up for bad management. I would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to go to a different location than wait 30 minutes for them to just get my food wrong.

The third item was wrong, and even after I pointed it out and they remade it, it was still incorrect. Additionally, I requested a Cherry Dr Pepper with syrup, but it wasn’t sweetened at all. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and felt like a waste of $30.00.
