The staff at the Cullman Panera is top notch! They are such wonderful people and work so incredibly hard! I?ve received nothing but amazing customer service, inside and through the drive-thru. Zach, John, Winter, Ava, Summer, Mitch, Kristen, Lexi, and allthe staff take such great care of their customers! ??
We don’t have a Panera close to us, but this location is outstanding! When I got to the window, I ended up adding more items to my order, and the lovely gentleman there was incredibly helpful. I’m currently parked and waiting for my order, but I’m truly impressed with this place and the exceptional customer service!
We stayed at an Airbnb for two weeks and enjoyed breakfast here nearly every day because it was incredibly delicious! John got to know my husband by name, and even though I never met him, I could tell he truly cares about his customers. Great job, John! Thank you once again! If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely come back!
The staff are welcoming, the food is excellent, and although the wait times can be a bit long and the app could use some enhancements, overall, it’s a wonderful experience.
