The woman who took my order was quite rude and seemed unwilling to accommodate my requests, making the whole experience feel like a hassle for her. I can't recommend this place at all! Instead, I highly suggest the KFC on 2nd Avenue, across from Wells Fargo. They are wonderful! The staff there is friendly, helpful, and goes out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction, even making adjustments to meals upon request—something the Highway 157 location does not offer. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is that my food was hot, even though my chicken bucket was incorrect.

This restaurant is a fantastic place to dine and an even better workplace. Of upset tonight I paid $13 dollars for my stuff everyone tells me don't change or ask about it but I didnot know I was paying for junk instead of a reasonable price for a food meal and a drink no I paid $13 dollars that's ridiculous

The only reason I rated the service a 3 is that they tend to forget to give me a fork and napkins about 3 out of 5 times. Sometimes I’m not taking the food home, and I’m trying to eat on the go, so it's already challenging to hurry and eat. Eating a pot pie while driving is tough enough, but without a fork, it’s nearly impossible to manage it with my fingers while cruising down the highway—just imagine that! Other than that, I have no complaints.
