Was Michael Campbell at Jack's a mag?

What Chuck Smith dislikes about Jack's:
The service remains below expectations. I can't quite grasp the ongoing issues with the staff. Some places manage to excel, while others seem to constantly bring in new employees who aren't properly trained or suited for their roles. I don't mean to be overly critical—I've always loved Jack's—but this location has been struggling for a while now. View all feedback.
