The staff are friendly, although our waitress spoke at hyper spe... read more If you have never been to a traditional Spanish Restaurant, you will find this place fantastic. The staff are friendly, although our waitress spoke at hyper speed and was pushy to sell more. The food was good and a nice evening was had. However, if you have previously been to a Spanish run restaurant for local Spanish people, you will realise the food at Mar de Oro is adequate and does not touch the quality of a true Spanish restaurant. Having said that, it was not bad and the majority of people on holiday will have good food and a nice evening. I am a Brit who has moved to Spain and has adopted everything Spanish. My review is an honest appraisal.
