A remote countryside hotel with a nice swimming pool. Quiet and buzzing with life: wasps, bees, swallows, cows and the smell of herbs. Average breakfasts (cold buffet only and too many cakes. Not cheap but good dinners, especially the antipasti. The waitress had no idea how to serve our grilled fish, completely butchered and flaked, then took it immediately away with some bits still left on the bones, we ended up with two spoonfuls of fish each. Problems with the payment when checking out overshadowed our rather pleasant stay. Their faulty terminal kept rejecting our cards (8 times on different cards! and we were looked as if we had no money. We even rang our banks to confirm the problem was not on our side. Then all of a sudden they brought a different terminal from their office (after half an hour of trying! and it worked fine the first try. To make matters worse some of the allegedly rejected transactions from the previous terminal were charged to our accounts! We spent a whole afternoon cancelling these and reporting them as fraudulent. The owners were not very helpful and did not believe we were charged that many times. Not professional.

Great place to stay and eat. Very peaceful and has good facilities. Excellent staff. Great food options and delicious. The chef is also great at gluten free options. We stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms are spacious, have great air con, large fridge, wifi access (limited access in rooms), beautiful views, massage available and great pool. Would definitely return.
Capo Nieddu is maybe a bit hard to find, but that is why it is such a haven of quiet. the rooms are actually rather appartments with a luxurious bathroom and a small separate living room. the pool area is simply phantastic. They serve a very enjoyable three course diner for 35€. The menu changes every day. Breakfast is also gorgeous. We did not miss city life.
