Starbucks - Cuernavaca

I said it in other reviews about Cuernavaca... Customer service is shockingly limited, the attitude of people is usually sucked, however, what I got when it comes to Starbucks and if you pay for a cup of coffee the highest dollar, the staff here is bad. I have my...regular caramel hazelnut cappuccino with the quality I expected, but the staff is somewhat rude, they need to check on these because it is terrible, The place is beautiful, the trees are a great advantage and thanks that you keep them on the property instead of killing them, this is a great thumb in my book, but please, a smile will not kill you.

I'm here at Stars and I'm openly shocked!! I get used to the friendly customer service oriented Starbucks, to which I usually run in any city I go to, but maybe because they are in construction or maybe because I came to a bad time... but the service was terrible. Instead of working on their building, they have to work on their attitude. I am a loyal customer and have visited hundreds of Starbucks all over the world and I know that this is not normal. Management really needs a look at this!!!

This is a very nice starbucks, as there is a large terrace with a beautiful Ficus tree that offers a space for your laptop outdoors!

This is a very nice Starbucks as there is a large terrace with a beautiful ficus tree offering a place for your laptop in the outdoors!
