This is one of the worst places I have ever been. I went to Cuenca with my family for the holidays and we went to the cathedral. The first place that we saw was... read more This is one of the worst places I have ever been. I went to Cuenca with my family for the holidays and we went to the cathedral. The first place that we saw was the Cafeteria Los arcos. We had to wait for about 30 minutes before they took our order. Despite the fact that we arrived first, many people went before which is understandable because you can easily get mix up but when we ask to order she answered really annoyed and I quote “ I have only to win hands, if you do not know how to wait, the door is right in front of you. We were really hungry so we stayed but after that rude comment we had to wait like 20 minutes or so. The bartender was really rude and incompetent, the food was not good and the glasses were dirty. She faces us our order with an attitude. I was really shocked since people here in Cuenca live out of tourism and foreigners. Since there is not a option for 0 stars I will be giving one. I do no recommend coming to this place even if it is for a drink you’ll be treated badly.

It was the only one in old ci... read more This was the worst experience we’ve had in Spain in a long time. We hadn’t had lunch and passed by this bar hungry, at about 6 pm. It was the only one in old city Cuenca that had some food but it was very bad, and pricey. They had a kind of black pudding sausage which was too wet, a too dry chorizo sausage,and a tasteless tortilla . The wine was a very poor one. Price 22 euro : Very disappointing. Bathrooms were very dirty and horribly stinky.
