I was in 3 bakeries in Cuenca and this was the best of course. Their prices were a joke for how delicious their breads were. The croissant with chocolate filling has been the best I tried, I regret not having bought more. The baguettes were also very good, recommending the herbs especially. I want to visit them again!!
