REAL. BELGIAN. WAFFLES. There is nowhere in Ecuador I have had a better waffle than than Cafe Cidap! If you like your waffles light and crispy, and if you like to add REAL ice cream or fruit and perhaps choose one of 5 syrups (price is 1.50 to $2.50 depending on add-ons), and chase it with a $1 espresso, then this is your place!
