Great nightclub in the centre of Cuenca. Epic live music, an owner is Ecuadorian and one is Canadian both are legends and the mix works great. Good food, too. Pair of small shops in it too and large heated outdoor space, what more could you want! 10/10 View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Republica Sur:
This place is overpriced like $4/h for playing pool. The place is quite nice. I ordered República Sur potatoes, and I enjoyed them. The service is also good and they are very fast serving your food. I came back to this place on mid July, and they served me a terrible . It was extremely overpriced, and it was not even tasty. I was very disappointed with this food, and I also got a stomach ache. Great place to hang out! The dishes and drinks are delicious. While we eat, an electrical problem was created. I'm an electrician and offered my help in fixing. The owner Gustavo said he would appreciate the help. After addressing the problem, Gustavo joined us a few hours with drinks and conversation. It was fantastic!

Had the vegetarian burger and it was Fab. Service was great, the whole place is really funny and hip. Would like to go back at some of their evening events.
I enjoyed movie night with friends. They do have heaters but it was a little cool. If you have back issues, take a pillow for the seat. The nachos were fairly good with guacamole. My friend said her sandwich and salad were delicious. I had a great time and I will go again.

The best place to listen to rock and get out of the routine, every day there is something different.. And very good food. .

Good atmosphere and excellent food, with amazing live music
A great atmosphere. Live shows, well-made cocktails, and a very nice meal. It is recommended for nostalgics that want to try in Cuenca an authentic paella, or a cheek.
Very good place to eat or drink something, it is possible to listen and make live music.
