I ate at Nandala three or four times while I was in Cuenca. Everything I got was very good. The staff are very friendly as well. The lunch menu had generous portions for a good price (about $4) View all feedback.

My husband loves the burger is very crocante, and the most delicious fries in the basin. and I love the pad with tamarindo sauce. but the size of lunch for us is not enough ( View all feedback.
We've tired the wings, chicken sandwich and Cesar Salat and they were all so good! Service was great and the atmosphere was beautiful. I would highly recommend going back!
We order the lunch of the day, consisting of a very delicious cream soup, lentil cake and potatoes accompanied by a salad and quinoa, and that also included a maracuya dessert of spectacular flavor, and everything to the modest price of $4.25. Come to eat at Nandala well deserves to leave the historic center of Cuenca to taste its delicious vegan food. Updated from previous review on 2022-11-01
We spend only 13,30€ for the menu del dia, tap water, kombucha, ceasar salad, lemonade. It was all so fresh and tasty. Staff is very friendly and helpful, english is spoken as well. We were so happy here about the food and the atmosphere, it's a great place.
We had the lunch menu (which is now $4.25). It came with a soup, the lunch and a desert. All of it was super delicious and absolutely worth it.
I was here with my bf. We had pommes with vegan cheddar cheese and red bean meat that was delicious. The cauliflower wings were also delicious, had also the Chik 'n burguer and nandala Burger, they were good, but tasted a little dry, and there was a lack of taste. Could be used some kind of special sauce imo. I should also add that the burgers and pommes tasted somewhat oily. Not that the burgers drip with oil. Only that they leave a kind of fast food to taste and stomach fullness. Papelon-Con-Limon drinks were also good.
