Gran Muralla was the best Chifa which we have ated in Cuenca. Boss Liao was a very nice person, his cooking skill also very good. We like the fried rice noodle and tomato sauce fish very much, cause all the food material is fresh and big. 长城饭店是我在昆卡吃过的最好的Chifa，老板大方热情手艺高，还能提供菜单上没有的中国菜，最爱吃的是炒米粉，虾仁又大又新鲜，还有茄汁鱼，简直可以媲美国内的松树鲑鱼。
Owner very accommodating!Celebrated our Wedding Anniversary With a group of Friends. Helped me on the menu selections. Didn't charged me for wine cork fee. Fresh large size shrimps on the noodles.
