This restaurant offers amazing vegan Taiwanese food that is completely healthy. There are various options on the menu and a very complete buffet with sweet and typical dishes. The owners are super friendly and helpful. The venue is very quiet, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. The service is fast and the portions are large. Nourishing food and experience, so nice we went twice! Lunch menu gets you rice +4 items +soup +juice for just $2.75. Or get sizzling noodle plate (served with a fried egg on top so not vegan; might need to ask about the noodles themselves , fried rice or fried noodles. Huge portions, nice Taiwanese/Chinese flavors (ie. cabbage with Ecuadorian influence (ie. lentils . At 2:30pm on a Thursday it was very busy, with most tables occupied and people kept coming: Saturday was more relaxed. Delicious clean food, not too oily (except the optional empanada which is fried; choose pineapple or veg filling . I empathized with the lady serving, as she could use some help! I’ve never seen someone literally run so much to keep up with the rush; so please have patience; she’s lovely tho and delivers your lunch with a smile and hearty “Gracias!” every time :
This restaurant is a gem of an experience that we enjoyed so much, we visited twice! The lunch menu offers a great deal - rice, soup, juice, and your choice of 4 items for just $2.75. You can also opt for the sizzling nudelplatte, served with a fried egg on top (please note, this dish is not vegan; you may need to inquire about the noodles themselves). The portions are huge and the flavors are a mix of beautiful Taiwanese/Chinese aromas (such as cauliflower) with an Ecuadorian influence (like lentils). We visited at 2:30 a.m. on a Thursday and the place was bustling with most tables full, while Saturday was more relaxed. The food is delicious and clean, not too oily (except for the optional fried empanada; choose from pineapple or vegetable filling). The server seemed overwhelmed but was incredibly kind and served with a smile, always saying "Gracias!" with a warm heart. Be patient with her as she runs around tirelessly to keep up with the rush. She truly made our dining experience memorable.

The owners are super friendly and helpful. The venue is very quiet, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. The service is fast and the portions are large. The only non-vegan product I saw was mayonnaise. I ordered chiau fa, chiau mien, spring rolls, and two different menu options which included mock meat goulash, cassava, empanada, rice, salad, soup, and fruit juice. Overall, a great dining experience.
This restaurant is fantastic. Upon entering, we opted for the lunch special which was only $2.50 per person and included a drink, soup, and main course. The portions were generous and the vegetables were some of the most delicious I have ever tasted. The mock meat, soup, and fried plantains were all delicious. This is definitely my favorite restaurant in Cuenca thus far!
I ordered the stir-fried noodles with meat substitute and green vegetables, along with some spring rolls to go. The portion on my plate was enough for two people, all for just $3, and I couldn't even finish it! The server was friendly and attentive to everyone. It's a fantastic deal for the price, but I personally found the noodles a bit too oily.
