Such a lovely restaurant, we called at 1pm to see if there was a table for Saturday evening outside so we could take our puppy with us. Restaurant opened at 8pm but they laid us a table for 7pm and we had a fabulous meal. Sea food soup was to die for, main course whole Turbot, and my wife had Hake with a seafood sauce. Lovely lovely food. What a welcome to North Spain

Rice with lobster was too salty and way different from what it should be. French fries, we instantly returned, looked like spaghetti, soft and not crunchy, and instead of alioli sauce we were served mayonnaise with some herbs. Despite our complaint and rejection to pay we were charged full amount. Seafood soup was fine. Total 70€.

It is the only restaurant in the village so we were very happy to go there for three nights in a row rather than have to go down into Cudillero. It’s nothing fancy, just local fare and very reasonably priced. Their tinto de la casa (not on the menu) at €6 a bottle was very pleasant and a bargain at the price. The clientele seemed to be a 50/50 mix of locals and guests from the Casona de la Paca.

This was more of a locals place... and the food far more reasonable than down in the town. We ate here twice over a stay at one of the local hotels. The first night had the Paella, which was for a min of 2 people and we could easily split between the 3 of us. The staff could not speak any English but we got through with basic Spanish. Had a Moscato sparkling wine which was the highest price on the wine list at 22 euros and it was nice. The second night had the cachopo, soup and portions like the paella were huge. Had the sidera which was in an automatic dispenser which was very novel. Dessert one night was the ice cream cake , which was a large slice of vienetta! Note some map systems (google for example), have the location in the wrong place. In the end, I asked at the reception at Hotel Selgas, as it was only 150m down the road.

A very local restaurant that stayed open for us after a very delayed flight and still provided a very lovely steak and chips near midnight. Very good value, very friendly service.
