The grandfather of my wife died, and in less than two days we had to plan hotels and flights. we booked the room for one night. when my wife checks, she decides... read more The grandfather of my wife died, and in less than two days we had to plan hotels and flights. we booked the room for one night. when my wife checks, she decides to extend her stay to spend more quality time with her family staying in the hotel. the workers at the reception insist that they can do the extension with them. some hours later my wife loses access to her room. she goes to the recipe to find out what happens. the recipeist then tells her that she must pay all her nights in advanced times. my wife asks if everything is in order and goes to pay. even after their payment, she will be denied access to her room, from bellhop to the hotel manager, her speech was inappropriate and demeaning. Finally she will get access to her room where she had her travel documents, and leave as soon as possible. When she got into the lobby, the hotel manager called the police to get my wife out of the hotel. the two officate understand that there is no reason that it is accompanied by the police, since it has paid and has decided to live the property on its own will. there are no words that can describe the lack of integrity, professionalism and ethics of the employees in this hotel display. from the beginning they acted in bad faith. they were not clear about their policy. they blackmail them and prevent them from getting access to their right documents. she had to deal with this nightmare. feel and humiliate.

Moreover, they have stolen about a 100 usd delicacies that they have agreed to put in their refrigerator. please, save the bad experience.

When my Wife is going to check out, she decides to extend her stay to spent more quality time with her family that was staying at the hotel. The staff at the reception insist that she can do the extension with them. A few hours later, my Wife's loses access to her room. She goes to the reception to find out what is happening. The receptionist then tells her that she needs to pay all of her nights in advanced. My Wife asks if everything is ok and proceeds to pay. Even after she paid, she is still denied access to her room, from the Bellhop to the Hotel Manager, their language was inappropriate and demeaning. She finally gains access to her room, where she had her travel documents, and leaves as soon as possible. When she makes it to the lobby, the Hotel Manager called the police to evict my wife from the Hotel. The two officers understand that there is no reason for her to be escorted by the police since she has paid and decided to live the property on her own will. There are no words that can describe the lack of integrity, professionalism and ethic the staff in this Hotel display. From the beginning, they acted in bad faith. They were not clear on their policies. They extort her and prevent her from gaining access to her legal documents. On top her sorrow, she had to deal with this nightmare. Feeling defenceless harras and humiliated.

The beds, bed sheets, towls are old. On top, they stole about a USD delicatessen they agreed to put in their refrigerator for us. Please, save yourself the bad experience.
