What User likes about Riviera Maya Mexican Grill:
We had a family gathering last night, and we were given a spacious room in the back. I’m visiting from New Mexico, while my nephew and his wife came in from Boston. The service we received was excellent, and the food was outstanding. I really enjoy Mexican food in New Mexico, and their offerings are just as close to the authentic flavors. I really enjoy dining out, but I've had several frustrating experiences with this restaurant. When I try to place an order over the phone, they often pick up, then immediately hang up without answering. This has happened multiple times. Even when I call back, the phone seems to be off the hook for hours. Please address this issue! View all feedback.
