Esta sucursal del Vips hasta hace poco era muy buena en todos los aspectos, sin embargo; últimamente el servicio se ha vuelto tipo los Bísquets o Toks, muy pero... read more Esta sucursal del Vips hasta hace poco era muy buena en todos los aspectos, sin embargo; últimamente el servicio se ha vuelto tipo los Bísquets o Toks, muy pero muy lento , a inicios del mes fui a desayunar, estaba casi vacío y se tardaron demasiado en servirnos y el día de hoy más de 25 minutos para tomarnos la orden, la tomo una señorita que ni era mesera y obvio estuvo mal lo que nos sirvieron ya que no era lo que habíamos pedido, independientemente de que se tardaron más de 20 minutos en servirnos primero las sopas y luego los guisados, por cierto el pollo en pasilla era más bien pollo en agua, muy decepcionante no creo volver a esa sucursal.

Restaurant was almost empty probably 15% capacity and the waitress ignored me at least six times to get me juice. I ran next door to oxo to go get a bottle of water cuz I was thirsty. Food came It was good but she forgot two things that I asked for.

However this place is the first one I will never visit again. VIPS is a chain and offers the usual selection of mexican and more american food. when I entered the place the staff didn't seemed bothered, the man who showed us to a table did so grudgingly and our waitress appeared to have forgotten how to smile. Not a great start.The food when it came is the first that I have not been able to eat, it took a long time to be served and the chicken filling was so over cooked that I could not chew it. the bread was hard and the chips were cold. This was a truely aweful experience and I will not be going back. There are so many other places that are soooo much better
