The waitress told us that ot was based on American coffee business, but I think with a name like the Back Yard, log seats on the front, a Bbq garden from the back, and the coffee they served was infected by the owner of Aussie coffee culture. My wife and I enjoyed the whole experience. A little like home.

The waitress told us ot... read more Found this place on one of our strolls around the Condesa neighbourhood. The cappuccinos are the closest I've found to Australian ones. The waitress told us ot was based on American coffee shop, but I reckon with a name like the Back Yard, log seating...out the front, a bbq garden out the back, and the coffees they served, the owner has been infuenced by Aussie coffee culture. My wife and I enjoyed the whole experience. Felt a bit like home.

The beer was cold and the food was excellent. We thought the parts were a little small and a little...price according to Mexican standards.
