Service was very good and the explanation of the plates by the waiters was impressive.

First up, the setting is absolutely lovely - set in a townhouse with tables sprawled on all the floors. I am not sure whether they had an elevator, but for those whose mobility is impaired, it would be worth looking into whether it is just the ground floor that is accessible. The decor is very pretty and it was a great place for a dinner date.The food was very good. We had a pasta dish to start, which the waiter had previously suggested we should get a half portion. I'm glad we did, because that left space for dessert! Food tasted fresh and very good. We chose a Mexican wine from a long list of wines and were not disappointed.The only slight drawback was the overattentive service. Our dinner felt rushed because the place was so over-staffed with courteous and well-mannered waiters. Whilst this is fundamentally not a bad thing, it did feel like we would have enjoyed the night a bit more had we spent longer between courses. Having said that, I loved how they swept the table of crumbs into a silver bowl after the main!For dinner in Mexico City, it is quite pricey. However, we knew that when we booked it.Will definitely recommend it to friends who visit DF!
