This is from reforma and part of a three restaurant chain in cdmx. it is not so good. although the ambiente is pleasant, it was not eating. the starter, the blo... read more This is from reforma and part of a three restaurant chain in cdmx. it is not so good. although the ambiente is pleasant, it was not eating. the starter, the bloodworst coat was hard. the inflow of short ribs had to be sent back because they were not sufficiently cooked. also the proportion was small and very fat. the dessert of the dulce de leche flan was rubbery and tasted as if it sat well in the refrigerator. overall the dinner was not a good piece. I think I was too generous in my assessment of this restaurant. it's over!
