I'm not sure where this is going, but after two weeks of searching for different places in Mexico City and others, this is our favorites. for the first time we stumbled over it. for the second time we have our sightseeing trail to make sure we have gone through them. the bakery offers a large selection of options for sweet bread, pastries and hearty baked goods. I wish I could be specific about my recommendations, but I don't know any names of these brote or baked goods. So, here's my attempt to describe it. we liked the baked especially with the pine ring on top. the crust was fluffy, and the baked filling was cuddly, but not too rich or too sweet, enough to compensate for the sweet-sour aromas of juicy ananas. we also enjoyed the cheese bread (a baked cheesecake)? that was so delicate in the middle with the brownish cheesecake-like aromas. my favorite was also the piece brioche, which had a beautiful chest and an airy center, spread with a thin layer of creamy butter and sprinkled with sugar. it was comforting. this bakery will definitely be at our stop when we return to Mexico City. it is good for breakfast and lunch or afternoon snacks. bring cash.
