Asistí el día de hoy y al preparar mi ensalada, no había dos ingredientes (huevo y aceitunas verdes), que no son productos de temporada. No les habían llegado. Les ofrecí que me cambiaran esos dos ingredientes por queso manchego. Groseramente me dijeron que no cambian ingredientes. Opté por dejar la ensalada a medio preparar e irme. Yo tengo un negocio y tengo políticas también, así que los entiendo. Recomiendo sin embargo ser más estricto con las políticas que garantizan la satisfacción del cliente que con las que evitan que los clientes abusen.I am a frequent customer of the Green Grass in Reforma and Lancaster (Mexico City). I went there today and when preparing my salad they did not have eggs and green olives, which are not season products. They were just out of those. I asked them to change those two ingredients for cheese. With very bad manners they answered they do not change ingredients. I decided to go and leave the half-prepared salad there. I own a business myself and we have policies, so I understand. However I strongly recommend to be firmer with customer satisfaction policies than with those preventing customers from taking advantage.Gracias/Thank you

In the beginning it was very popular, but the other chains now serve bigger salads, with more ingredients and dressings and also for a lower price. In the area the best alternative is Blatt Salat House on Florencia just before reaching the Paseo de la Reforma. In comparison, Green Grass has a more limited selection of ingredients and sauces, and also the size of their salads is smaller.
