The rear terrace was open and well shaded by the sun. The bar was very easy to find on the third floor of Mercado Roma. It is on the right side when you climb up the stairs. The only thing was there was no full-sized (750ml) bottle of wine just half bottles of wine and cocktails.

So... not ur traditional old school Mexican cigar shop. Good. This is located in a market of upscale Liquor bars on the roof leather highback chairs, decent walk in humador, interesting and helpful staff, beautiful tequila selection. Very relaxing. Preisy for Mexico City, but if you're okay with it. A good place.
