Good place for a meal. Standard service was accurate most time I went there. However do not expect precise orders if you request something different then what's in the menu. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Chili's:
Nice bar area with multiple big screen TVs to watch live sports. The menu appears to have some seasonal variations. Service was fine. My only real complaint was a deal breaker My mozzarella sticks were not hot when served. They were just warm enough where I didn’t feel like I could complain, but so not satisfying. My food was good. You know what you get when you go to chili. yes, it is not really the best to eat, but my server was friendly and attentive.

Burger was completely raw in the middle after I took a bite out of it and then it was burnt after I asked for another one. The waiters were rude and it took them 20 miniutes to get me pepper and they didn’t even bring my salt. Also very expensive for Mexico City and made my stomach hurt the day after. The waiter also checked on 3 different tables before bringing my bill back. Probably my worst experience I’ve had from a restaurant Service: Dine in Price per person: MX$300–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
I've eaten here before with no issue every time I've stayed at the Hotel Geneve. However, this time not only was the service bad, but I got HORRIBLE food poisoning. I ordered the grilled tilapia with rice and vegetables. Within an hour I was vomiting and had the runs so terribly that I couldn't leave my hotel room for 24 hours and still haven't been able to eat anything solid. This happened on May 28. It is now June 1, and I continue to be nauseated and weak. They really need to check their fish prep. Something is terribly wrong. Not only that, but our waitress was rude and visibly stressed. I think she was handling the entire outside seating area by herself and was overwhelmed. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
