I work at an arbys so I know. An hour before closing they turned the lights off and refused service. Never again luckily other places was open but as someone who works at an Arbys we would NEVER close an hour early or refuse to serveanyone. I guess they don?t like making money.

They also didn’t provide a receipt,... read more I visited the drive-thru around 2 PM and was charged for my order, but the staff forgot to include two sandwiches and a dip. They also didn’t provide a receipt, and I ended up a couple of dollars short in my change. It was difficult to keep track of everything with a crying child in the car, and I realized the mistakes only after I got home... still no receipt!
