The service was very rude, and it took much longer than usual to get my order. They weren't even that busy, so I don't understand why it took so long. I waited over 10 minutes just for fries.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I work at an arbys so I know. An hour before closing they turned the lights off and refused service. Never again luckily other places was open but as someone who works at an Arbys we would NEVER close an hour early or refuse to serveanyone. I guess they don?t like making money.
The service was fast and friendly, but hadn't been to an Arby's since pre Covid. The $6 sandwich was all bun, there was virtually no meat on it. They also dropped the hot ham and cheese which was a favorite of mine
