Just HAD to have a wonderful BLIZZARD as I drove by...Heath bar is my favorite!! Yummy! Smooth, thick and fresh. They did not disappoint! I even gave them a special request for a bit less chocolate sauce and they readily helped. Yup, they win at customerservice! Went through the drive thru and employees were cursing and acting very immature. Food was cold and some of it was so hard it was inedible. Of course, their phone line wasn 't working the few days I tried calling. I 'll never go again. If this is the "new "management everyone was talking about, it was a horrible mistake. Service was good... Server was very friendly.. Hot Fudge Sundae was brilliant... But then again. I never had an evil hot fudge sundae... Especially for DQ...
Got the chicken strips basket. The Texas toast wasn't toasted and the chicken strips were mushy and to top things off, they only had vanilla ice cream.
