made from an old french recipe; don't know where i got it; but it's good.

boneless breast of chicken seasoned lightly breaded; fried & topped + glenn's peppery white gravy. try it + our garlic mashed potatoes.

we butterfly the shrimp lightly + seasoned flour; then batter. then roll in a heap of shredded coconut & fry to a golden brown.

with chives; bacon & shredded cheese.

iceberg lettuce; romaine; chopped eggs; cukes; cheese; tomatoes & a lot of other stuff. copied this from the brown derby in hollywood. (you know the cobb salad)

we marinate the chicken for 24 hours; then coat it + our seasonings; slow cook it on our rotisserie. it's better than good!

take a whole chicken home + you. you get a full pint of garlic mashed potatoes & hot rolls.

fresh bbq chicken breast + jack cheddar cheese; real chopped bacon + pica de gallo sauce. you'll like it.
