Rosati's Pizza - Crystal Lake

Müll. I ordered at 15 o'clock. the one time when I chose the delivery (I live 7 minutes away, it takes about three turns to get home). 6:30 and I'll call. they call the driver. check the address. I'll wait 20 minutes. call back, they say the driver is close. driver calls me, checks the address again, says she is on my road and will soon be there. 15 minutes later. I'll call the restaurant again. they don't know what's going on. at this point it was 2 hours. I'm telling them I don't pay for my eating they say, okay we're gonna cancel. the driver calls me back and says that she is in a restaurant and cannot find my home. I'll tell her they should call my order and cancel because I won't pay for it if she showed up. so now it is 2 hours no one offered any real excuse. will not be ordered again from here.

On hold for over 20 minute's only to be hung up on. Called back and on hold again for another 10 min before deciding to spend my money elsewhere.

Quality of service and food seem to have gone down, either missing an item from our order or the pizza had only toppings in the middle. Other than that pretty cool and nice workers. This could also be due to the pandemic and lack of staff.

Our manager surprised us with two pizzas for a work party for delivery. The two delivery drivers were BEYOND rude and unprofessional to myself and one of my coworkers, and the older male driver was incredibly degrading as they gave us our pizzas. It's clear this location doesn't care whatsoever about their customers, you're better off ordering from another location or pizza place altogether.
