Fantastic. Even if they were busy, they could keep everything under control and keep it. I'm back! I have cheese bread that was a little and they came with a whole new one without asking. Great customer service! View all feedback.
What Tiffani Kivisto doesn't like about Noodles Company:
Since Covid I haven't been as impressed with Noodles. Their portion sizes have gone down, their service hasn't been the best and now they've changed their menu. There's only one size available now. Also trying to read the menu is confusing and you feelrushed the entire time. They serve everything in togo containers which is wasteful. I hate the paper straws that disintegrate inthe soda. We eat here a few times a month and always had a consistently good meal. We order online for pickup and our order is always ready and waiting for us. The staff here is really friendly and the place is always kept clean.
Amazing customer service! workers are SO nice. i had a small wait for my food and they gave me extra treats. it's always worth the wait????
Dissapointed this time. My friend wanted to eat Penerosa, which she likes. Girl who took the order tried to talk with her in one, like if she was her bad boss, Penerosa was almost cold and without leaves. And general taste was worse than before.
The staff at this restaurant is amazing! I had an issue during my last visit, and they went above and beyond to resolve it. The food was delicious, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. The management is excellent! However, I have to give a zero-star rating for the soggy paper straw—yuck! But that’s not a reflection on them at all.
I really enjoy Noodles and Company, but there are times when the wait for food can be quite lengthy. It seems that they often have a high volume of takeout and online orders, which may lead to staffing shortages during peak hours. During these busy times, it’s not uncommon for items like forks to be overlooked. I’m willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on this.
