Had not been to 5 guys for awhile. Tried the grilled cheese as I love that sandwich. Good food prices we a little high, only bad thing I would say is not meal deals, as they are called. Might be why some people like them better but it is harder to figure out how much you order will be with it all sperate. Good cheeseburger and fries. View all feedback.

Not only was the food delicious but the service was excellent. Especially Jason and Merrik here at the crystal lake location. Thank you!
This is all my fault… when you walk into a place on Saturday night and its as empty as this place was, that should have been my sign! A single with ketchup only, a double with everything, 2 reg french fries and a coke. Hold on to all loose items folks… ALMOST 37.00 are you kidding??? I should have called the law… I was just robbed. The thickness of my double didn't equal to single with cheese at Wendy's. 6 months ago when I went in and the same meal was almost 28.00 I felt like that … – show
Always consistent food. The best French fries. Always hot food prepared in good time.
Always a great experience at this location. The staff is great. Food is always hot and fresh.
