3 Chefs Catering - Crystal Lake

For starters I would like to say the food was pretty good and and waitstaff and chefs were wonderful to work with. If it weren’t for them this rating would get one star. Working with Bridget was the most challenging part of my entire wedding planning experience. We considered switching catering companies 1 month prior to our actual date. My wife and I chose 3 Chef’s for our wedding ceremony and we were extremely pleased with everything. We live in Oregon and had to correspond all of our needs to Bridget who was so helpful and patient. Char set up and helped make sure everyone was taken care of. And the food was fantastic!! Italian beef, bbq chicken, marinated veggies, bruschetta, artichoke dip and penne pasta with spinach and ricotta; ALL OF IT was SO AMAZING!!!

3 Chef's Catering in Crystal Lake has been catering our retreats at the Villa Desiderata Retreat Center in McHenry almost every Saturday for about 7 or 8 years, I don't know how they do it, but every week the quality and quantity of the food and service has been outstanding.. All the employees are very attentive to our needs and are willing to go the extra mile to provide good service. I highly recommend 3 Chef's. Chris Houtsinger, Retreat Administrator

I wish I could actually use this caterer, but every single time I call Several weeks in advance) they are always BOOKED. I guess they're that popular. Sucks for those who don't have the inside scoop on how to find availability. YIKES! I tried supporting small business.:

Was served at a wedding and it was absolutely delicious! I've tried many catering companies and so far, these guys have won my stomach. From the bar, to the appetizers to dinner, great food and great service! Highly recommend!
