Spent £30 on a take away and it was all binned. The chicken was like a bouncy ball spat it back out ate small amount of it and I wish I hadn't. Currently what I did it is coming out of both ends disgusting.

Rang and were told the kitchen was too busy and they would ring bk later. Never did. Rang bk tonight and told they would not refund the order. Customer service disgraceful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
