The food here is truly delightful. I can satisfy my hunger with their large boxes, which usually require two dishes at other restaurants. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and welcoming; however, since this place is a mix of OTR Subway and Wokinabox, don’t expect complete quiet. There’s plenty of parking available in front of OTR, since it's located at a gas station. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I visited this restaurant three nights ago and ordered a small box of chicken, but there was no chicken in it. So, I returned last night and asked the staff if they could add more chicken to my "chicken" box. He simply said I would have to pay an extra $3.50 for it. So please, don't list chicken as an ingredient if it's not included!
This restaurant doesn't deserve even one star based on my experience of being refused service. I drove 20 minutes only to find out that the staff had three meals to prepare and wouldn’t serve me, claiming they wouldn’t have enough time. Despite there being over 20 minutes until closing, I was turned away because another table had just placed their order. This is absolutely ridiculous—when you work in the food industry, you stay until all orders are completed, especially with that much time left! The staff member was not sympathetic at all; in fact, she was quite rude about the situation. After that, I tried to get service at Subway, only to be refused there as well, even though they were still supposed to be open for another 20 minutes. It’s unacceptable to turn away customers like that. This was a horrible experience; they really need to train their employees better!
